"When I think about the way I felt and lived my life when I was 275lbs, it mainly consisted of being tired all the time and thinking of what terrible food I wanted to have at every meal.  I have trained Kenpo karate for many years.  When I got to that weight, I quit going.  I spent a lot of time falling asleep in front of the television.  The only physical activity I would get would be at work.
