I deal with this daily with my clients.  No matter what their goal is if they don't have a vision for success they will never achieve it.  See yourself healthy.  Create that picture in your mind.  See what you will do, how you will live and exactly what you will look like.  Make the decision today to start liking the person you see in the mirror.  Set your mind on the path to your success.  See yourself exactly where you want to be with your health and wellness.  Each day put that vision out in front of you and let it lead you through your day.  Make today the first day on your journey towards feeling great. 
Sooner or later we get just what we expect.  Start expecting favor and blessing today!  Start expecting that if you put your time into making changes towards your health that you will reap a harvest of blessings.  Start expecting that your blood pressure will go down if you make the changes necessary to your diet and stick with it daily.  Start expecting your weight to go down as soon as you make the changes to your diet that you know you need to make.  Start expecting to feel clear mentally, free from headaches, body aches and digestive disruptions if you make a commitment to cooking your food ahead of time for the whole week.  When your food is prepared you have no excuse for eating badly.  Expect to receive exactly what you put into your day.  Start today making the decisions you need to make to change your life for the better.

Starting today make the choice to be a person with a vision.  A vision of health.  See yourself lean, strong and healthy.  Don't talk about how you want to be healthy, just make the changes and do it.  Reach deep down inside, you’ve been to that place before, inside yourself, find it again.

Dig deep and take all that you have, take the leap to make a decision to do this.

This is the week you will eat better, this is the week you will exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week, this is the week you will look at yourself in the mirror and speak positive words to yourself instead of defeated thoughts.  Don't rely on others for their support for you journey.  Rely on yourself.  It’s your journey.  Not your spouse, not your neighbor or your best friend.  Don't expect others to do this for you or to fully support you.  If you want that, hire a trainer and a nutrition coach.  They will support you.  When the road gets rough, you get home late, your kids are sick, your scale doesn't respond quickly, don't quit!  Don't lose your vision!  Continue down your path and ride through the bumps in the road.  You can do this.

 A new life is waiting for you.  I don't care if you are in great shape and want to look better, you have 100lbs to lose or you need to drop your blood pressure.  Each of you can change your life today.  The first thing you can do is start speaking victory into your life and to yourself daily, don't speak defeat or you will except that as your reality and guess what, it will become your reality.  The second thing you can do is create your vision for your future and your health today.  See it and start putting a plan in place for how you will achieve it.  Creating a healthy body comes just as much from creating a healthy spirit as it does changing your structure.  Do the work you need to do to start living a healthier life today.  Enjoy each day this life gives you.
